§ 34.51 AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter is enacted pursuant to the statutory authority conferred upon municipalities to allow public support of economic development, the Local Economic Development Act, NMSA 1978, §§ 5-10-1 through 5-10-13. This subchapter is adopted as part of the town's economic development plan.
