§ 34.32 MEDICAL EXAMINATION OF APPLICANTS.
   The Board of Trustees shall require medical examination of all applicants for retirement for disability under the general rules and regulations as it may prescribe, and may provide therein for the discontinuance of any disability annuity, either full or partial, and the forfeiture of all rights under this subchapter in case of a persistent refusal to submit to the examination.
