§ 34.22 RETIREMENT PLAN PROVIDED.
   The retirement plan provided for by this subchapter having been in effect prior to formal adoption hereof, the time of the individual employee’s employment period for retirement purposes shall be retroactive to the time when the individual employee began making contributions to the Retirement Fund of the town.
