§ 34.20 WORKERS’ COMPENSATION AND GROUP AND ACCIDENT INSURANCE.

Nothing contained in this subchapter shall prohibit the Town of Clayton from carrying Workers’ Compensation, group life or accident insurance upon their employees, either acting or emeritus.
