If any person who attains the status of emeritus employment under the provisions of § 34.16 of this subchapter is also entitled to benefits under any city, state or national retirement or old age benefit law, or benefits received pursuant to the Workers’ Compensation Acts, then the amount to be paid to any such emeritus employee under this subchapter, shall be only the difference between the amount received under the other retirement old age benefit law or Workers’ Compensation Acts and the amount provided under § 34.16 of this subchapter.
