§ 156.082 ONE YEAR LIFE OF FINAL PLAT.
   If the subdivision's improvements have not been completed within 1 year of the filing with the County Clerk of the final plat, the town will cause the improvements to be made via the use of the security bond posted by the subdivider. This period may be extended by 1 year at the discretion of the Town Board of Trustees.
