§ 156.081 FILING OF PLAT.

Upon the completion and acceptance of all improvements, or the filing of a letter of credit and guarantees of performance and indemnity agreement for the subdivision, the subdivider shall file a signed copy of the final plat in the records of the County Clerk of Union County and shall provide the town with one of the signed copies. The subdivider shall pay all filing fees for the subdivision.
