A manufactured home which was placed and maintained upon a lot prior to the adoption of this subchapter shall be a legal nonconforming use upon proof to the Town of Clayton Planning Authority, that the home was placed and maintained upon the lot prior to adoption of this subchapter. Upon compliance with all applicable provisions of § 153.22, except division (A) of § 153.22, the home may be relocated within the jurisdiction, provided the relocation otherwise conforms to all applicable provisions hereof.
