§ 152.06 PADLOCKING A TRAILER BY BUILDING INSPECTOR.

The occupancy by any person of a house trailer in violation of any provision of this subchapter constitutes a nuisance and may be summarily abated by the Town of Clayton Building Inspector by padlocking the house trailer. Any house trailer so padlocked shall be released to the owner thereof upon satisfactory assurance that the conditions creating a nuisance have been or will be rectified.
