§ 32.26 FIREFIGHTERS AND POLICE OFFICERS.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this subchapter may be immediately taken in charge by any officer of the town and brought before the police judge. The Chief of the Department, when on duty, shall be vested with all the powers of a police officer of the town, and have full power to summon a posse for his or her assistance.
