§ 32.22 APPARATUS UNDER CHARGE OF CHIEF.

All hose carts, or carriages, hooks, ladders and all other fire machinery, apparatus, tools, buckets and property of any description whatsoever, in any way relating to, or connected with the Fire Department of the town heretofore, shall be delivered over to the Chief of the Department created by this section, and from thenceforth shall be under the exclusive control and charge of the Chief and Town Manager.
