§ 130.15 HITCH-HIKING.

It shall be unlawful for any person to accost the driver of any motor vehicle at any garage filling station, or on any state highway within the town for the purpose of hitch-hiking, that is, riding gratis in the motor vehicle provided; however, this section shall not apply to persons acquainted with the driver of the vehicle accosted.
