Any amendments to this title shall be adopted as ordinances as required by state law, and when passed in the form as to indicate the intention to make the same a part thereof, shall be incorporated into this title so that reference to it as “The Criminal Code Ordinance on General Offenses” shall be understood as including the amendments.
