§ 114.03 EXAMINATION AND CONDEMNATION OF UNWHOLESOME, ADULTERATED OR MISBRANDED FOOD OR DRINK.
   Samples of food and drink may be taken and examined by the Health Officer as often as he or she deems necessary for the detection of unwholesomeness, adulteration or misbranding. The Health Officer may condemn, remove and destroy any food or drink which he or she deems unwholesome, adulterated or misbranded.
