§ 112.47 DISPENSERS TO PAY EXTRA WHEN SELLING LIQUOR AT PUBLIC CELEBRATIONS.

Any person duly authorized to dispense alcoholic liquors at fairs or other public celebrations shall pay to the Town of Clayton, in addition to the applicable fee set out in § 112.46, the sum of $10 per day for each day that the person shall dispense alcoholic liquors at the fair or other public celebration.
