(A) Any retailer, dispenser, restaurant licensee, club licensee, canopy licensee or governmental licensee or its lessee who permits a minor to enter and remain in the licensed premises without lawful business, is guilty of a violation of this subchapter.
(B) Any minor who enters and remains in the licensed premises without lawful business, is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100, no part of which shall be suspended.
