§ 112.24 REFUSAL TO SELL OR SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES TO A PERSON UNABLE TO PRODUCE IDENTITY CARD.

Any retailer, dispenser, restaurant licensee, club licensee, canopy licensee or governmental licensee and its lessee may refuse to sell or serve alcoholic beverages to any person who is unable to produce an identity card or document prescribed by § 112.23 as evidence that he or she is 21 years of age or over.
