(A) Foundations will be required for all monuments, markers and structures of every description placed on lots, a 6-inch border being required on foundations having upright monuments. From this rule, there will be no deviation.
(B) All foundations are to be constructed of granite, or stone spalls, concrete and portland cement, and when completed, the surface shall be ground level.
