§ 101.03 CARE OF LOTS AND IMPROVEMENTS.
   (A)   Permanent planting of trees and shrubs are to be made by the Clayton Memorial Cemetery and any further permanent planting will be permitted only on consent of the Cemetery Superintendent. Such additional planting is usually not considered desirable or necessary.
   (B)   Should any tree or shrub on any lot, by means of its roots, branches or otherwise become dangerous, detrimental, unsightly or annoying to adjacent lots or drives, and its removal be deemed necessary, the Cemetery Superintendent shall have the right, and it shall be his duty, to remove such tree or shrub or any part thereof, as in his or her judgment may seem best.
   (C)   No lot or grave space may be decorated by its owner or others with any tree or shrub; nor may trees or shrubs already planted thereon be disturbed In any way without first obtaining the consent of the Cemetery Superintendent.
   (D)   No lots or parcels of ground in the Clayton Memorial Cemetery may be defined by any kind of fencing, coping, railing, hedge or embarkment; nor may any lot be filled above me established grade.
   (E)   Wire arches and trellises shall not be placed on any lot or grave.
   (F)   To protect the grounds from injury by inexperienced or irresponsible workmen, to be sure good work, and especially to improve the lot, the Clayton Memorial Cemetery reserves the right to supervise or construct all foundations for monuments, markers or other super-structures and to approve all excavations, digging of graves, grading and sodding of lots, performed by others.
