(A) The Clayton Memorial Cemetery will care for and maintain all roads, grass, vegetation, shrubbery and improvements belonging to the cemetery, but lot owners are to care for and maintain all monuments erected on their lots.
(B) No transfer or assignment of any lot or interest therein shall be valid without the consent of the cemetery endorsed upon such transfer or assignment.
(C) No interment of body, other than that of a human being, will be permitted in the cemetery.
(D) The burial of more than one body in the same grave is strictly prohibited, except in the case of mother and infant child, or twin children or two children at the same time.
(E) A second interment will not be allowed on any lot in the cemetery against which lot there are unpaid accounts.
(F) No interment of body will be permitted within the Clayton Memorial Cemetery without the use of a vault. Only concrete, metal or fiberglass vaults will be permitted.
(G) All graves will be well compacted by mechanical means.
(H) All graves will be sodded level and no mounding will be allowed on any grave.
