§ 99.03 THREE-YEAR RABIES VACCINE.
   (A)   The provisions of the town ordinances which require annual rabies vaccinations for certain animals and annual licenses for those animals, may be complied with by an owner who chooses to have the owner’s animal vaccinated using a 3-year rabies vaccine, provided that the owner pays the license fee to the town for the same 3-year period.
   (B)   The Town Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to issue a 3-year license to the owner of an animal required under town ordinances to have an annual rabies vaccination and to have an animal license upon provision of proof satisfactory to the Town Clerk-Treasurer that the animal has received a 3-year vaccine and upon receipt of payment of 3 times the annual license fee.
