§ 97.08 CAUSE OF DEATH FROM CERTAIN DISEASES.
   In case of deaths from smallpox, varioloid, diphtheria, membranous croup, scarlet fever or measles, no public funeral shall be held aside from members of the family, and no minor child shall attend the funeral.
