§ 97.06 COMPLYING WITH MARSHAL.
   If the owners or occupants shall not comply with the order of the Marshal, he or she may summon sufficient assistance and remove the source of filth and cause of sickness, and if admittance to the premises is refused, the Marshal or any person interested may make complaint before the Justice of the Peace, stating the facts of the case, and the Justice of the Peace shall thereupon issue a warrant to the Marshal commanding him or her to take sufficient aid and between the hours of sunrise and sunset, to proceed to the place and remove the nuisance, source of filth or cause of sickness, and the Town Physician may attend and direct the Marshal in the service of the warrant.
