§ 97.02 VACCINES.
The Town Board of Trustees may, as often as it deems necessary, by order or by resolution, require all persons within the corporate limits to be vaccinated against small pox, and failure, neglect or refusal to do so will be deemed a violation of this subchapter. Vaccine matter shall be provided at the cost of the town, but each person shall bear the cost of his or her vaccination; provided, however, if any person shall make affidavit that he or she is unable to pay the cost, it shall be the duty of the Town Physician to vaccinate him or her free of charge.
