(A) It is declared a nuisance and unlawful for the owner or occupant of any premises within the town to permit the growth of branches or trees upon the parking in front of the premises in the way that same overhang the sidewalks with less than 7 feet of clearance between the sidewalk and overhanging limbs.
(B) It is declared a nuisance and unlawful for the owner or occupant of any premises within the town to permit the growth or branches of trees upon the parking in front of the premises in such a way that same shall project beyond the curb line and into the public street, except and unless the branches or tree limbs overhanging the public streets shall have a clearance of not less than 10 feet between the established gutter level and any overhanging branches.
