§ 96.02 PIT OR OUTDOOR TOILETS.
   (A)   Outdoor and pit toilets, not connected with the sanitary sewer system of the town, nor to any private cesspool or septic tank, are hereby declared a nuisance and a menace to the public health and welfare.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for the owner, tenant or other person in charge of any premises within the town to maintain, construct or use thereon any outdoor or pit toilet not connected either with the sanitary sewer system of the town or else with a private cesspool or septic tank of approved type of construction.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful to construct a private cesspool or septic tank at any place within the sanitary sewer district of the town or upon any premises outside the sanitary sewer district which reasonably has access to the sanitary sewer system of the town.
