(A) All sidewalks and curbs shall be built of concrete mixed in the following proportions; 1 part approved cement, 2 parts clean sand and 3 parts crushed salpais rock or gravel, and shall be given a float finish on top.
(B) Sidewalks shall be blocked in 4-foot squares and otherwise in accordance with specifications by the Town Engineer.
