§ 31.25 OFFICERS OTHER THAN THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES SHALL BE CREATED BY THE BOARD.

The officers of the town, other than the Board of Trustees, shall be a Town Clerk-Treasurer, a Town Attorney, a Town Marshal, and others as the Board of Trustees shall hereafter create, not inconsistent with the laws and statutes of the State of New Mexico in such cases made and provided.
