Before any installation is covered from sight, a notification in writing shall be given the Town Inspector who shall inspect the installation within 40 hours after the receipt of notification and give his or her written approval or disapproval. Upon failure of the Town Inspector to inspect within the specified time, the installation may be covered but shall be subject to inspection by the Town Inspector at expense of the town.
