§ 92.08 TANK TRUCKS AND TRAILERS.
   (A)   All tank trucks and tank trailers used for the transportation of liquefied petroleum and gases within the town, shall be so constructed and operated as to comply with the regulations for the design, construction and operation of automobile tank trucks and tank trailers for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gases as adopted by the Underwriters Laboratories Inc., and the National Board of Fire Underwriters and National Fire Protection Association; and any person, firm or corporation who shall operate or cause to be operated any tank truck or tank trailer used for the purpose of transporting liquefied petroleum gases within the corporate limits of the town shall keep any equipment in good condition at all times, and upon the development of any defect that would create a hazard to persons or property, the tank truck or tank trailer shall be removed from the streets of the town, until the defects have been repaired, or faulty equipment replaced; and any tank trucks and tank trailers shall be subject to inspection by the Town Inspector at any time.
   (B)   All trucks and tank trailers used for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gases within the town shall comply with all traffic laws, rules and regulations of the town, and all trucks and tank trailers used for the transportation of liquefied petroleum gases shall not park within the town for any other purpose than the delivery of the products for necessary repairs or refilling of gasoline and oil in the vehicles. Parking at any time shall not exceed 30 minutes, unless by special permission of the Fire Chief of the Town of Clayton, or any other person as may hereafter be designated by the Board of Trustees.
