§ 92.04 INSPECTION.

The Fire Chief of the Town of Clayton, or the other person as may hereafter be designated by the Board of Trustees, shall act as Inspector of each and all equipment for the use of manufactured and/or liquefied petroleum gases which is now in service or may hereafter be installed within the town, and is hereby given power to make arrests for violations of this subchapter.
