(A) The driver of any vehicle intending to cross or enter upon Pine Street from either Second, Third, Fourth or Fifth Streets shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop before crossing or entering upon Pine Street. Any of the stops above required shall be made not more than 25 feet back of the street intersection about to be entered.

(B) The driver of any vehicle, driving from the north or west intending to cross or enter upon the intersection of Court Street and First Avenue, shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop.

(C) (1) The driver of any vehicle intending to cross or enter upon Main Street from either Front Street, Second Street, Third Street, Fourth Street, Fifth Street, Sixth Street or Seventh Street shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop before crossing or entering upon Main Street.
(2) The driver of any vehicle intending to cross or enter upon First Street shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop before crossing or entering upon First Street.
(3) The driver of any vehicle intending to cross or enter upon Monroe Street or into the curves of the cutoff of Monroe Street, shall bring the vehicle to a complete stop before crossing or entering upon Monroe Street.
