SCHEDULE II: STREET CROSSINGS.
   A street crossing shall be created across the right-of-way of the railway by extending certain streets as hereinafter set forth.
   (A)   Monroe Street shall be extended for the purpose by extending the northerly line of the Monroe Street across the right-of-way of the railway to the westerly boundary of Front Street; thence, following the line of Front Street along the line of the right-of-way of the railway in a southerly direction for a distance of 54 feet to a point on the line; thence westerly parallel with the northerly line of Monroe Street, as extended to a point on the easterly line of Railway Avenue.
   (B)   Main Street shall be extended for the purpose of creating a crossing of the right-of-way of the railway by extending the northerly and southerly boundaries across the right-of-way to the easterly line of Railway Avenue.
   (C)   Pine Street shall be extended for the purpose of creating a crossing of the right-of-way of the railway by extending the northerly and southerly boundaries across the right-of-way to the easterly line of Railway Avenue.
   (D)   Broadway Street shall be extended for the purpose of creating a crossing of the right-of-way of the railway by extending the northerly and southerly boundaries across the right-of-way to the easterly line of Railway Avenue.
   (E)   Magnolia Street shall be extended for the purpose of creating a crossing of the right-of-way of the railway by extending the northerly and southerly boundaries across the right-of-way to the easterly boundary or line of Railway Avenue.
