§ 71.39 EXPIRATION OF LICENSES.
   All the annual licenses shall expire on December 31 next following their issuance, and all temporary permits shall expire respectively on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 next following their issuance: the temporary permits being issued for 3 calendar months only in each year.
