§ 71.37 REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR LICENSE OR PERMIT.

   Each license or temporary permit shall contain the following information:

   (A)   The name and address of the licensee or permittee;

   (B)   The license number of the truck, or license numbers of the truck and trailer (if issued for 2 vehicles as a unit); and

   (C)   The engine number of the truck, or if issued for 2 vehicles, the engine number of the truck and serial number of the trailer for which issued, together with the make and model number of each vehicle covered by the license or permit.
