§ 71.35 UNLAWFUL TO CONVEY IN TRUCK WITHOUT PERMIT.
   It is hereby declared unlawful for any person to use the streets of the town or any vacant lot or public place therein, for the purpose of conveying thereon by truck, or by truck with trailer, any goods, wares and merchandise whatsoever for sale to the inhabitants of the town in any public place within the town other than within a building therein, unless a license or temporary permit therefor shall have been issued by the town as provided in this subchapter.
