(A) It shall be unlawful for the driver of any motor vehicle to make a “U turn”, that is, to reverse the direction of travel of the vehicle, except at a street intersection. U turns shall not be made at the intersections of Main and Front Street, Main and First Streets, Main and Second Streets, Main and Third Streets, First and Chestnut Streets and First and Walnut Streets.
(B) U turns shall not be made at the intersection of Main Street and Railroad Avenue or at any point between the intersections of Main and Front Street and Main and Railroad Avenue.
