§ 71.05 SPEED RESTRICTIONS IN FIRE ZONE AND OTHER PLACES OF TOWN DURING CERTAIN HOURS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle within the Fire Zone of the Town of Clayton at a speed greater than 20 mph, or to operate a motor vehicle upon any alley of the town at a speed greater than 10 mph, or to operate a motor vehicle within a school or hospital zone, that is, within ½ block of either a public school or a hospital, at a speed greater than 15 mph (provided, however, the restriction as to schools shall apply only to the school period, which period is designated as between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and only on those days when school is actually in session), or to operate a motor vehicle at a speed in excess of 25 mph upon other streets of the town and through school zones at times when the above special restriction shall not be applicable.
