§ 71.04 DESIGNATED AUTHORIZED EMERGENCY VEHICLES.

   The following vehicles are designated as authorized emergency vehicles pursuant to the provision of NMSA § 66-1-4.1(E):

   (A)   The 2 police cars regularly operated by the Police Department of the Town of Clayton and any substitute vehicles used for the purposes;

   (B)   The 4 Fire Department pumper trucks used by the Fire Department of the Town of Clayton; and

   (C)   The emergency panel truck used by the Fire Department of the Town of Clayton.
