§ 55.07 STOVE PIPE CHIMNEYS.
   The use of metal stove pipes or stacks passing through combustible floors, partitions, ceilings, walls or roofs is prohibited. When any gas appliance is directly connected into a flue, the flue must be constructed of brick, concrete or tile.
