The total cost of temporary service, including line extension, valves, fittings, and pipe; taking out of that part of the temporary service, including the use of machinery, labor, and loss due to that part of the fitting that would necessarily need be left in the main line; water used per month according to the applicable rate; all to be paid for as a temporary service.
