§ 30.01 PROHIBITED SMOKING IN PUBLIC PLACES.

   (A)   Smoking is prohibited in the Town of Clayton’s buildings as follows:

      (1)   Administrative offices in the Town Hall building;

      (2)   Albert W. Thompson Memorial Library building; and

      (3)   Senior Citizens Center building.

   (B)   Smoking is prohibited in all other buildings owned by the Town of Clayton in areas in which a “No Smoking” sign is posted.
