§ 53.16 USE AND APPROVAL.
   Water service may be used by the customer for any and all purposes desired; provided, however, that, in the interests of public health and safety, any and all services shall be approved by the Water Department Superintendent or the Town Manager of the Town of Clayton. Such approval shall be given within a reasonable length of time, provided that the Town of Clayton is furnished with a complete drawing or print which shows all piping pertaining to the water system, sewage, and drainage systems that are to be supplied by the service in question. The approval for the connection will be given if the installation of the piping and plumbing meets the requirements of the Town of Clayton and the requirements of the Uniform Plumbing Code of the State of New Mexico, current edition and as amended from time.
