§ 52.030 REMOVAL OF SEALED COVER AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Whenever, for any person, it may become necessary to remove the sealed cover from any such sewer connections, the seal shall be broken and the cover removed only by the Inspector, and after completion of cleaning or any other work that may be necessary in the presence of the Inspector, the cover of the compartment shall again be placed in position and sealed by the Inspector.
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Inspector to break the seal and remove the sealed cover of the compartment of any sewer connection within 24 hours after receipt in the office of the Town Clerk of any application for such service accompanied by a fee of $1 for such service.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to clean the sealed compartment or any such sewer connection in such manner that refuse accumulated therein may be conveyed to the sewers.
