§ 52.029 COMPARTMENT TO BE SEALED AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   After approval by the inspector of any new or reconstructed connection to the sewers from which refuse might enter in quantities that would interfere with the normal use of the sewers, and before such connections shall be used, the compartment nearest the sewer shall be sealed by the Inspector.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person other than the Inspector to break this seal, or molest, break, or remove the sealed cover of this compartment for any purpose whatever. The owner or tenant of any premises with such a sealed sewer connection is hereby charged with the responsibility of maintaining intact the seal and cover of this sealed compartment after it is sealed by the Inspector.
   (C)   Any such seal found broken, or the cover removed from such sealed compartment, or the cover broken or molested in any way, shall be considered prima facie evidence of violation of the provisions of this section.
