The Town of Clayton Collection Center will accept municipal solid waste generated by residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural activity in Clayton under the following guidelines and restrictions: However, all classifications as to the acceptability of waste shall be subject to change at the discretion of the Town of Clayton in light of new or revised information and further additional restrictions that may apply.
(A) Residential solid waste. Discarded materials resulting from the handling, processing, storage and consumption of food.
(B) Refuse. Combustible and noncombustible rubbish, grass clippings, tree limbs, furniture and cold ashes.
(C) Rubber tires that are separated from all other types of waste.
(D) White goods. Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and refrigerators and air conditioner units with a certificate of Freon removal affixed.
