§ 36.01 EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE UNDER THE RETIREE HEALTH CARE ACT.
   (A)   Thirty days prior to public hearing on this section, as required by NMSA § 10-7C-9D(2), the Retiree Health Care Authority was notified by certified mail of the public hearing on this section.
   (B)   Pursuant to NMSA § 10-7C-9D(2), the Town of Clayton determines to be excluded from coverage under the Retiree Health Care Act.
