§ 35.081 USE OF TAX MONEY.
   The proceeds of the tax collected by the town under the terms of this subchapter shall be credited to the Gasoline Tax Fund by the Town Clerk-Treasurer, and the monies shall be withdrawn from the fund for expenditure for the purposes of street maintenance, improvement, opening and widening only.
