§ 158.002 AUTHORITY.
   The town is authorized to adopt this chapter pursuant to North Carolina law, including but not limited to:
   (A)   Article 14, Section 5 of the Constitution of North Carolina; Town of Clayton Charter;
   (B)   G.S. § 143-214.7 and rules promulgated by the Environmental Management Commission thereunder; Session Law 2006-246; § 160A-174 and § 160A-185.
