A plan approval issued under this subchapter shall be prominently displayed at either the primary entrance of the job site or at another location that is observable to the public and inspectors until all construction is complete, all permanent sedimentation and erosion control measures are installed, and the site has been stabilized. A paper copy of the approved plan shall be kept on file at the job site.
